I’ve seen RIDE three times this year (definitely not something I thought I would be able to say in 2015. Woo!) and each time they’ve been EPIC. I caught them back in June at a late night show in Atlanta before their Shaky Knees slot the next day and they were absolutely amazing. Definitely the best rock show I’ve seen this year. Their gig a week later in Toronto was almost as good. Their show at the 9:30 was no different, although they did change up the set some. At this point in my photography career I try not to geek out while I’m working but it was way fucking cool to be six inches from Andy Bell while he played “Leave Them All Behind.” If you get the chance to see these guys on their US tour, DO IT.
