This was my first gig of 2014 and my first gig at Gypsy Sally’s, a new venue that recently opened up in Georgetown. I liked the venue a lot, it’s like a grungy version of The hamilton. Lots of tables on different tiers in the back and plenty of standing room in the front. I would definitely go back and see a show there. In fact, I’d go see Amanda Shires there. I really liked her set. She’s a great story-teller to boot. All in all, a great start to 2014.
