Jens Lekman is one of my favorite musicians, so I was very excited to see him a few weeks ago at 6th & I Synagogue. Lens is touring behind his latest release, An Argument With Myself.
Aside from the new material, this show was not that different from his last show a few years ago, but that didn’t make me enjoy it any less. Quite the opposite actually. Lights for this show weren’t great, but I did get a chance to give my 85mm/1.4 a work out and that is always a welcome thing for me. It has a hard time focusing on active subjects, but it comes in very handy for singer-songwriter types.
