This was a non-photo pit show that meant I was shooting from the same angle the entire show. Those are always a bit of a problem when the focus is on one person and they don’t move around on stage very much. Photographer gripes aside, this was my first time seeing SVE in a club setting and it was hard not to be captivated by her voice. I had only seen her at festivals prior to this, so it was nice to see her have total command over the audience, who all stood rapt for the duration of the show.
