SILVER SPRING, MD- February 7th, 2013 - Lee Brice performs at the 98.7 WMZQ I Heart Country Concert benefitting the American Heart Association at the Fillmore Silver Spring in Silver Spring, MD. Brice, a former football player at Clemson, is still riding high off of the success of his sophomore album, Hard 2 Love, which reached No. 5 in the Billboard 200 album chart in 2012. This was an unusual event. Instead of the usual order of artist performances from opener to headliner, Lee Brice conducted his show at the Fillmore Silver Spring as a type of songwriters in the round event. He played a couple songs to start the night and then one by one brought out a few friends to play their own songs and then do some group stuff all together. It was a refreshing change of pace from the usual gig.
